The Neutral Bay Club takes tennis, bowls and socialising seriously, boasting floodlit synthetic grass tennis courts and bowling green, a sports bar supporting three wide-screen TVs showing Fox Sports, a corporate function and social events centre, and a heated outdoor deck. It runs a professionally operated, fully licensed bar and bistro offering morning coffee and cakes, traditional pub food, pizzas, and barbecues. The club is perfectly situated for patrons living or working in or around North Sydney, Neutral Bay, Cremorne, Kirribilli, Cammeray and Mosman. The tennis courts and bowling green are available for group and individual bookings, with highly skilled, professionally qualified coaches available for those wanting to improve their games. The club's Sydney championship winning bowlers host its barefoot bowls and corporate bowls packages, ensuring they are fun, competitive and socially bonding events. Its pram-friendly environment and open spaces also make the club an ideal location for morning mothers' groups.
The club offers its patrons a number of highly competitive food, drink and entertainment options, including a $15 schnitzel and drink deal every Tuesday evening, Ripley's Believe it or Not Trivia from 19:00 on Wednesdays, a meat and seafood raffle and a members draw of up to $1000 on Thursdays, and a $5 sangria and schooner happy hour from 17:00 - 19:00 every Friday, during which time free canapes are served. NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of The Neutral Bay Club will be held on the Club premises at 3
Westleigh Street, Neutral Bay NSW on Wednesday the 16th of April 2014 at 6.30pm in the Function Room.
- 2.To confirm the minutes of the 2013 Annual General Meeting
- 3. To receive and consider the audited Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2013, together with the reports from the President, Directors and the independent Auditor.
Copies of the 2013 report will be on the NBC website or available on request to the General Manager after the 24th of March 2014
- 4. Election of Directors:
To elect a President and six  other Directors for the upcoming 12 months
Note: Members are advised nominations for the position of President, and six other Directors close with the Secretary
at 5.00pm on Monday the 17th of March. Nomination forms are available from staff at the main bar or you can email the Club.
The Constitution does not allow junior members or House members with less than 3 years continuous membership
to stand as Director or President, or to vote. Please note that members that are non-financial on the 24th of March will not be
eligible to vote.
The Registered Clubs Act 1976 [as amended] does not permit voting by proxy
- 5. To consider and pass the following resolution:
[a] To confirm the current aggregate Directors honorarium of $2,500 for the year. The honorarium is to meet expenses by the
President and Directors in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
[b] To confirm the re – appointment of the current Auditors: Crispin & Jeffery for the next year - 2014.
- 6. Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting in conformity with the Club’s Constitution.
