Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and if agreed, check the box below.

Costs

Bay Room bookings are $75 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.
Bookings to be paid before the event date, via the deposit link payment link sent by Accounts to secure the room.
Bookings will be held for a maximum of five (5) days from the point of the initial enquiry and will only be considered confirmed once the room hire has been paid in full.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than two (2) weeks in advance of the date of the function will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made more than one week and less than 2 weeks in advance for any other reason will forfeit half the payment.
Cancellations made within one week in advance will forfeit the whole payment.

Food and catering

As the Neutral Bay Club is a licenced club, we do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought inside the premises.
All catering requirements are managed through Lusso Kitchen (functions@lussokitchen.com.au).
You are more than welcome to bring a celebration cake, we do not charge any cakeage fees.
Tea and coffee can be ordered at the bar
