  • Bowls bookings will be given two to three hours to play. If there are no other bookings, you are welcome to play for longer otherwise you may be required to vacate the area before the next scheduled game commences.
  • You will be assigned a table next to your bowling rink for the duration of your bowls booking. If you would like to stay for longer, an additional table reservation must be made to ensure seating is available for your group.
  • No children under the age of 12 are allowed to play.
  • Bare feet, socks or any flat soled shoe (no heels, wedges or spikes allowed).

Rain, wind or heat

  • The club reserves the right to cancel all bowls games and functions without notice in the event of severe weather conditions, including but not limited to heavy rain, storms, heat waves and any other conditions the club sees as a risk to the safety of its patrons.
  • In the event of severe weather, the club will provide a credit for bowls to be played on another day free of charge, to be used within 6 months of its issue. If this is not possible then a refund may be considered.
  • It will be up to Neutral Bay Club to cancel and not the client. In most cases light rain will not affect the event as we have greens designed to drain very well. In the event of heavy rain or heat wave our staff will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
