MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

SOCIAL TENNIS MEMBERS enjoy the following privileges: (*conditions apply, see below)

• Participation is the Annual NBC Club Championships
• Participation in Tuesday and Thursday social tennis
• invitation to special club tennis events
• Unlimited use of courts between 7am – 6.00pm all week when booked and used with other Members, visitors fee of $20 for singles & $25 for Doubles will apply to the court when used with non-members.
• Reduced court hire fee of $25 per hour between 6.00pm – 10.00pm Monday to Friday
• Must be an active member of the club

*Social tennis membership is granted only on the condition that the member adheres to all club rules as well as being an active social member of the club. Members that only join on the basis of obtaining access to free/discounted court hire may have their privileges revoked.

Tennis Rules

• Any member booking with a non-member has to pay a visitor’s fee of $20 for singles and $25 for doubles.
• Maximum of 2 hours of court time on any weekday.
• Maximum of 1.5 hours on weekends for Singles play
• Maximum of 2.0 hours on weekends for Doubles play
• Members court hire needs to be start within 15 minutes of the booking time or full court hire fees will be charged.
• If you book a court and can’t make it, you MUST cancel your court booking. If it is more than 4hrs prior to your booking time then this can be done online, If less than the 4-hour deadline you must contact Glenn to cancel the court via phone or email.  If courts are not cancelled you may be charged full court hire fee and an admin fee of $10, or removal of court hire privileges.
